Teryn has been a Registered Dietitian serving the Central Valley for 5 years. Her background is in Long Term Care and through that experience, it fueled her drive to get more involved in the preventative side of healthcare. Teryn is the honoree of the 2018 Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year award through the California Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She also currently holds the position of President for the California Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics-Central Valley District. Her passion for nutrition has led her to continue her education in functional nutrition, and she plans to complete her training to become an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP) through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy.
When Teryn isn’t working on supporting our clients, she can be found hiking, mountain biking, doing yoga, or on a walk with her 3 dogs and husband. Teryn is “Bulldog born and Bulldog bred,” as she grew up in Fresno, CA and graduated from California State University Fresno in 2011, where she also completed her Dietetic Internship.
